【Real Review】 Coziness Even on a Rainy Day

I happened to visit on a rainy day.
Even with the gloomy weather, the café was filled with stylish locals, radiating a lively energy.

However, the moment I was seated on one of their deep, comfy sofas, the surrounding buzz just melted away.
Sinking into the cushions surrounded by chic interior design, I found the ambiance incredibly relaxing and comforting.
【Chiffon Cake】 So Fluffy, Your Knife Just Sinks In!
I immediately ordered their signature Fresh Caramel Chiffon Cake.

When it arrived at the table, I tried to slice into it, but the sponge was so unbelievably soft that my knife just sank right through—I actually struggled to get a clean cut! That incredible fluffiness raised my expectations to the roof.

Taking a bite, the texture wasn’t just light; it had a perfect “fluffy-yet-chewy” balance.
The whipped cream on top is mildly sweet and deeply milky, while the sophisticated bitterness of the caramel beautifully ties everything together. Thanks to this masterfully balanced sweetness, it never felt heavy, and my fork kept moving until the last bite.
【French Toast】 A Sensory Delight and the Ultimate Melt-in-Your-Mouth Texture
You cannot leave without trying the café’s star attraction: the Maple Butter French Toast.

The second it’s served, the rich aroma of toasted butter and sweet maple syrup wafts through the air, satisfying your senses before you even take a bite.

This impressive, 5cm-thick brioche is thoroughly soaked in egg custard to its very core.
Baked twice—first in the oven and then on a skillet—it boasts a crispy, caramelized surface while remaining incredibly gooey and custard-like on the inside.
Watching the 100% Hokkaido whipped butter melt and swirl with their special syrup is delightfully sinful.
I’ve already promised myself to come back on an empty stomach next time just to devour a whole plate on the sunlit terrace!
