The Pancake Everyone’s Talking About 🍴
One of the most talked-about menu items is the famous Hotcakes, beloved even at their popular Aoyama Gardenlocation in Tokyo.
We visited on a Sunday around 12:40 PM—and were shocked to see a 92-minute wait posted. Yes, they’re that popular. The wait was nearly exact, so plan accordingly!

Once seated, we ordered the iconic Hotcake (¥2,090). It took about 20 minutes to arrive, but when it did, it was stunning in its simplicity. No fruit, no whipped cream, no syrup overload—just a golden-brown, perfectly round pancake that looks like it was crafted by a master chef.

The hotcake is thick, fluffy, and subtly sweet. The batter contains natural honey, creating a refined taste that isn’t overly sugary. It’s deeply satisfying—one pancake is more than enough, but you can add a second one for +¥1,320 if you’re feeling indulgent.

A drink is included with the hotcake, so we chose the Iced Café Au Lait—smooth and not too sweet. Refills are free, making it easy to relax and enjoy your time.
