Food Review: Truffle Carbonara & Blue Crab Tomato Cream
Here is our firsthand tasting review of their top dishes and the one side-order you absolutely cannot skip.
Truffle & Mushroom Carbonara (Large Portion)

When you order this dish, the staff brings a whole truffle to your table and shaves it generously right before your eyes!

The aroma is incredible. While the sauce is deeply savory, a perfectly balanced saltiness keeps it from feeling too heavy, allowing you to finish the whole plate easily.
The thick, smoky bacon adds a wonderful texture, and mixing the egg yolk into the hot soup creates the ultimate creamy finish.

Blue Crab & Seafood Tomato Cream (Regular Portion)

This is GETTI’s undisputed number-one dish for a reason.
The soup is packed to the brim with intense seafood flavors.
Despite the rich, concentrated crab extract, the addition of fresh basil leaves a wonderfully clean aftertaste.
It is the perfect definition of their signature “drinkable soup pasta.”
Garlic Baguette (¥308) – A Absolute Must-Order!
Do not leave without ordering this side dish.
The bread is incredibly fluffy on the inside with a crisp crust, absolutely soaked in rich garlic butter.
It tastes amazing on its own, but the real magic happens when you dip this baguette into the leftover sauce of the Blue Crab Tomato Cream pasta. It is a match made in heaven.
